Our Marketing Co‑op for Fall 2026 offers hands‑on experience across multiple teams, including digital strategy, website operations, product design, content, and enablement. This opportunity is ideal for motivated students seeking practical experience supporting large‑scale digital initiatives, collaborating with global teams, and contributing to analytics, process improvements, and evolving digital platforms. You’ll gain exposure to real business challenges in a dynamic environment that builds foundational skills for a career in marketing, digital experience, or product‑focused roles, and offers a pathway to our Marketing New Graduate Program for a seamless career transition.
Available Roles for the Fall 2026 Term: Product Design, Global Digital Experience (GDE) Strategy, Enterprise Digital Experience, Digital Ways of Working, Public Website Operations, Institutional Marketing, and Design & Content.

Position Responsibilities:
Build dashboards to visualize marketing data and gather insights.
Support high-potential digital programs and technology implementations.
Collaborate with global teams for accurate data collection.
Assist in developing roadmaps for core website capabilities.
Work with development teams on technical implementation and product launches.
Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders.
Support integrated go-to-market plans with marketing and campaign teams.
Leverage user feedback and competitive analysis for user-centric product development.
Required Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Product Management, or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
Demonstrated interest in and exposure to digital marketing strategy and tactics.
General business level understanding of digital technologies, including web development and software development.
Experience with digital analytics tools and content management systems.
Proven communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and following up to close information gaps; able to ask clarifying questions and synthesize inputs.
Business-oriented with a flair for data representation.

Salary range is expected to be between:
$40,950.00 CAD - $56,550.00 CAD
The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work-term.
