Digital Performance Marketing Specialist

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Performance marketing specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, and managing search, social, and display advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role calls for a strategic problem solver with a strong analytical approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple parties.

Requirements:

  • Develop, implement, and manage campaigns: Build and complete advertising campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Apply historical data and market trends to predict future campaign performance.

  • Improve the distribution of the budget across different campaigns to increase return on investment.

  • Continuous improvement: Regularly analyze campaign performance and adjust campaigns and improve results.

  • Performance metrics: Prioritize key performance indicators such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).

What we are looking for

  • 3-5 years of valid enterprise experience with SA360, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • Technical expertise Understanding the technical aspects of these platforms

  • Google Marketing Certification

  • Preferred Qualifications: Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business.

Salary range is expected to be between

$61,350.00 CAD - $102,250.00 CAD
