Description
The Cybersecurity Delivery Manager will advance Manulife’s Global Cybersecurity strategy by partnering with technology and change enablement teams to maintain current cybersecurity technologies and processes and implement emerging solutions. Success in this role requires strong project and program management capabilities, along with effective communication skills.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and timely execution of GCS projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across technology teams and optimizing resources to advance Manulife’s cybersecurity transformation efforts.
Ensure adherence to cybersecurity frameworks, internal IRM standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, segment partners, legal, compliance, architecture, and external vendors, to ensure project success.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management in a timely and effective manner.
Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off, status updates, and post-project reviews.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a cybersecurity or IT environment.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana)
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, CISSP, or CISM certification is desirable.

Salary range is expected to be between
$113,000.00 CAD - $163,000.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact recruitment@manulife.com for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
