About the Role
Provide overall administrative assistance and support to Corporate Immigration team, focusing on U.S. immigration.
Your Responsibilities
Canada Salary: $45,000 - $55,000.
Immediate, open position.
Create, organize and maintain case files, records and correspondence.
Maintain and manage immigration database and track progress and deadlines.
Assist in the preparation of visa applications, travel letters, and immigration related documents.
Schedule and record case related calls and track deadlines on team calendar.
Process all invoices.
Who we are looking for
Experience in US immigration.
Your preferred qualifications
OSSD or equivalent.
Community College Legal Assistant and/or Clerk designation.
High attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage client personal information with absolute discretion.
