Education & Experience:
- High school/GED or equivalent with previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Completion of grade 12 or equivalent with previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Background in manufacturing with press experience including quality and safety initiatives
- Must hold a valid counter-balance forklift certificate/OH Crane Train Certificate
- 3-year related experience running both transfer and progressive presses and coil set up
- Physically capable of performing essential duties of the job
- Working knowledge of the English language both written and oral.
- Thorough understanding of SPC and Quality Requirements, etc.
