FONCTIONS GÉNÉRALES

Vous serez responsable d’effectuer le nettoyage et le montage des lentilles en panier, de veiller au ravitaillement des machines, de vérifier l’aspect des verres et d’assurer l’entretien des différents modules et équipements en suivant les procédures établies.

L’horaire de travail est du lundi au vendredi de nuit.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

• Nettoyer les verres avec le solvant approprié ;
• Monter les verres en panier en respectant les priorités ;
• S’assurer que tous les bains sont au bon niveau de concentration et à la bonne température ;
• Remplir et sortir les paniers des machines ;
• Vérifier l’aspect des verres ;
• Exécuter le traçage des verres ;
• Nettoyer les modules de vernissage et de décapage et s’assurer de neutraliser les produits selon le mode opératoire;
• Trier les cabarets selon le type de traitement ;
• Faire suivre les cabarets à la prochaine station ;
• Toutes autres tâches connexes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) ou expérience équivalente ;
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement de production industrielle;
• Dextérité manuelle ;
• Rapidité d’exécution ;
• Avoir le souci du détail et de la précision ;
• Entraide et collaboration au sein de son service.
• Français - parlé et écrit.
