Do you enjoy customer service, are you organized, and do you like working in a dynamic environment? Longueuil Toyota is looking for a receptionist to join its team!

Your main responsibilities
Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism.
Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate people.
Process customer payments for the service and sales departments.
Issue receipts and ensure the accuracy of transactions.
Perform various administrative tasks, including filing and closing work orders.
Provide administrative support to various departments.
Contribute to the smooth operation of the reception area by managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications
Relevant experience in a similar position (required).
Excellent customer service skills.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with computer software.
Professionalism, independence, and a team player.
Excellent communication skills in French (English is a plus).
