- Answer incoming service calls;
- Make outgoing calls (promotional campaigns, maintenance reminders, etc.);
- Work closely with the mechanical department team;
- Perform any other related tasks as needed;
- Advise customers on recommended maintenance.
- Experience in automotive mechanical service (an asset).
