Temporary Full-Time Senior High Math Teacher

J.T. Foster is located in Nanton, Alberta and is seeking to hire the very best teachers in Alberta!

We are seeking a teacher who:
• builds strong rapport with students and creates a safe and caring learning environment;
• provides an engaging environment for students from a variety of backgrounds including at risk and educationally disengaged students;
• works collaboratively as part of an instructional team;
• has experience working in core academic courses (Math 10, 20 & 30)
• is passionate in differentiating instruction and assessment for all learners;
• is an excellent written and verbal communicator;
• is well organized and willing to collaborate with a team about increasing student learning and success;
• has experience teaching the most recent Alberta Senior High School Math Curriculum.
The successful candidate will possess or be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
