TheOpportunity
NorthBattleford Comprehensive High School (NBCHS) is seeking a collaborative,
student-centered Vice-Principal to join a strong administrative team
beginning July 1, 2026.
Workingalongside the Principal and an additional Vice-Principal, the successful
candidate will play a key leadership role in supporting staff, connecting with
students, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-expectations learning
environment. This is an opportunity to lead with purpose, contribute to
school-wide improvement, and make a meaningful impact within a large, diverse
school community.
AboutNorth Battleford Comprehensive High School
NBCHSis a Grade 7-12 community school serving over 1,100 students. The school offers
a wide range of academic and applied programming designed to meet the needs of
all learners, including:
- Comprehensive academic programming
- International Baccalaureate (IB)
- Practical and Applied Arts (PAA) and vocational pathways
- Functionally integrated classrooms and alternative education programs

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a large high school setting
- Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership capacity
- Experience working with Indigenous students and communities
- Familiarity with trauma-informed practices
- A Master’s degree in Education (or currently working toward one) is considered an asset
