Reports to: Manager, IAM

Purpose of the Role The CIAM Analyst is a subject matter expert in CIAM standards, processes, approaches, and technologies. This role will be responsible for provisioning/deprovisioning of various types of accounts; as well as access review / recertification process. This position will primarily support the customer identity and access management program while secondarily support the overall IAM program. The objective is to manage the lifecycle of digital identities and access while achieving security, business goals / objectives, productivity, and regulatory compliances.

Core Accountabilities

  • Provide overall technical support and administration to the CIAM Program
  • Provide technical support related to the administration of accounts and access privileges within LifeLabs’ IAM Program
  • Provide input to develop and implement CIAM processes for continuous improvement
  • Work closely with various business units in a supportive role
  • Participate in CIAM and IAM projects and undertakings
  • Responsible to meeting target Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the CIAM / IAM program
  • Administer CIAM tool(s) to support Identity and Access Management
  • Responsible for provisioning of various accounts, including privileged account, both on-prem and in-cloud
  • Involvement in troubleshoot and resolution of CIAM and IAM issues
  • Working knowledge of UI technologies such as Java, JS, React, Angular, CSS & HTML
  • Secure Development experience in REST & Web Services
  • Experience with IAM provisioning, workflows, authentication, authorization, application security, privacy and consent management, regulatory compliance, MFA, federation, and risk management
  • Extensive knowledge of IAM standards, RESTful API design, tokens, session management and profiles
  • Configure, document, and enforce CIAM best practices across multiple diverse business units and application integrations
  • Partner alongside application teams to develop and implement CIAM solutions for API driven applications
  • Provide recommendations on ways to improve the overall CIAM Program
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts within the overall Cyber Team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science (preferred), information assurance, MIS or related field, or equivalent; Masters is a plus
  • Must have 3 - 4 years of experience supporting a CIAM / IAM Program
  • Must have 5+ years of Information Security experience
  • One or more of the following is preferred: o Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) o Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP)
  • Functions well in an environment where there are competing priorities, multiple stakeholders and takes initiative to enact solutions with little direct oversight
  • Strong diligence and attention to detail with ability to navigate an everchanging ambiguous environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams. Can effectively negotiate with stakeholders, understanding the needs of all parties, managing risk and product delivery
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to understand impact to customers
  • Demonstrate good judgement, a sense of urgency and commitment to high standards, ethics, regulatory compliance, and business integrity

This is a remote role.

Hiring Range: 78,300 - 99,800

The hiring range has been established, however, the final salary recommendation will be determined based off the level of experience, education requirement, external market conditions and internal equity.

In this position, you will be eligible for Lifelabs annual bonus.
