We are currently seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Sales and Graphics Coordinator to join our Business Development team. This role blends marketing graphics, trade show coordination, and internal sales support – ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. This role reports to the Director of Marketing. Liburdi Turbine Services offers competitive wages. The hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. This is primarily an in-office role in Dundas, ON however, occasional travel will be required to support or attend events and trade shows.

Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Show & Event Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate conference and event participation, including engineer registration, logistics, and booth setup
  • Handle event catering, travel arrangements, and hotel accommodations, as needed
  • Support on-site execution and representation at industry conferences and customer events

Sales Coordination & Customer Support

  • Manage Liburdi Automated Welding Systems (LAWS) Sales Orders, including Great Plains (GP) and invoicing processes
  • Generate and follow up on quotations
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM systems to reflect all customer interactions and sales activities

Marketing & Graphics

  • Develop and update marketing materials, including banners, displays, and promotional content
  • Assist in creating and managing digital and print graphics
  • Coordinate marketing sample requirements and maintain inventory of promotional materials
  • Assist in developing company social media content in alignment with marketing objectives
  • Generate advertising for magazines, trade shows, and symposiums

Administrative & Team Support

  • Assist with shipping coordination for marketing and customer orders
  • Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned to help the team achieve its objectives

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of marketing communications, event planning, and/or internal sales processes
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive approach with a passion for technology, innovation, and customer service
  • Strong attention to detail

Education & Experience:

  • Media Information and Technology / Communications ( MIT / MIC ) degree / certificate an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, internal sales, and/or customer support (manufacturing or technical industry preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems, digital filing systems, and project tracking tools
  • Experience in aerospace, gas turbine, or advanced manufacturing industries considered a strong asset
