A cornerstone of Liburdi's technological leadership is its proprietary Liburdi Automated Welding Systems. These systems provide high-precision, computer-controlled welding capabilities used in additive repair and joining applications on complex turbine and aero engine components. Designed and developed in-house, Liburdi’s automated welding platforms offer exceptional control, repeatability, and metallurgical integrity while minimizing heat input and distortion.

We are currently seeking a candidate who is qualified for the role of Sales and Customer Service Administrator. The role of Sales and Customer Service Administrator reports to the Manager of Air and Space Systems. Liburdi Turbine Services offers competitive wages The hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage the sales order desk for parts and service products.
  • Generate quotes using standard templates and validate customer contacts after sales.
  • Take orders via email, phone, and other methods while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Coordinate closely with accounting to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide status updates, and resolve concerns or issues.
  • Provide order, delivery, and inventory updates.
  • Arrange shipping and coordinate related logistics.
  • Pick and kit inventory for orders; assist with packing and shipping.
  • Work with the engineering team to support customer technical requirements.
  • Liaise with various internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfillment.
  • Update and help create spare parts lists.
  • Source alternative components due to obsolescence or availability.
  • Generate weekly reports on open sales orders for team status meetings.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including accounting and engineering
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and order management tools
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Key Experience/Education:

  • 3-5 years of previous admin or customer service experience required
  • Intermediate level experience with MS Office required
  • Knowledge of Great Plains and CRM software is preferred
  • Post-secondary education in business administration, office administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience supporting a sales or customer service team an asset
  • Previous experience working with nuclear or aerospace industry customers an asset
