We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Inside Sales / Order Desk Representative to support our customers and internal teams. This role is responsible for engaging with customers, processing orders, and preparing quotes for spare parts and consumables. The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering and Project Management to develop accurate spare parts lists for capital equipment and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment. Liburdi Turbine Services offers competitive wages The hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):

  • Engage with customers via email and phone to receive and process orders
  • Prepare and issue quotes for spare parts and consumables
  • Support customers with product selection, availability, and lead times
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering and Project Management to develop spare parts lists for each machine
  • Ensure order accuracy, pricing correctness, and timely entry into the system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues and support customer needs
  • Maintain organized records of quotes, orders, and customer communications
  • Provide occasional support to the marketing team on various initiatives and tasks as required

Key Skill Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and project teams
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems, quoting tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Key Experience/Education:

  • Experience in inside sales, order desk, or customer support (industrial or manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
