Our systems are used in many industries including nuclear, power generation, petro-chemical and medical. Liburdi combines expertise in control technology, machine design and welding processes to develop unique solutions to challenging applications presented by these industries.

We are currently seeking a candidate who is qualified for the role of Production Coordinator. The role of Production Coordinator reports to the Manufacturing Manager. Liburdi Dimetrics Corporation offers competitive wages. The hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.

Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Manufacturing Activities

  • Scheduling production for machined components utilizing engineering manufacturing team inputs
  • Coordinate in-house machine shop workload and activities
  • Coordinate the work load of the machine shop area
  • Coordinate internal machine shop general scheduling requirements
  • Scheduling production on the shop floor on standard products
  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure a sufficient supply of raw materials, components, and finished goods are available at the right time and place to meet production goals and demand

Key Skill Requirements:

  • Intermediate level MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Competent in component design
  • Familiar with ERP / MRP systems, extensive MS Dynamic preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, juggle shifting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to offer and accept constructive feedback, both internally and with vendors
  • Ability to make effective decisions utilizing a team based approach
  • Comfortable coaching, guiding and keeping others informed
  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of scheduling, inventory, quality and estimating best practices
  • Ability to accurately interpret key performance indicators
  • Ability to effectively follow health and safety and quality processes and policies

Key Experience/Education:

  • College level education preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the machining component industry
  • Previous manufacturing industry experience preferred
