The Storekeeper is responsible for the management and administration of the store inventory. The employee ensures the receipt, storage, distribution, and tracking of goods to guarantee optimal stock availability while adhering to current procedures and standards.

Inventory and Stock Management
•Conduct the store inventory and ensure regular updates of stock levels.
•Maintain strict control over stock rotation to optimize stock management and prevent losses.
•Organize and perform periodic physical inventories to ensure data accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
•Analyze consumption trends to anticipate supply needs.

Order Tracking and Stock Movement Management
•Place orders for parts, products, and materials based on the company's needs and delivery timelines.
•Receive and inspect delivered goods to ensure they match the orders placed.
•Organize and manage shipments by preparing products for dispatch while adhering to logistical requirements and deadlines.
•Maintain accurate records of transactions and stock movements to ensure optimal traceability.

Preparation of Maintenance Interventions
•Prepare and organize repair kits for mechanics by gathering the necessary parts and tools for interventions
•Anticipate material needs in collaboration with the maintenance team to ensure the continuity of operations.

Compliance with Standards and Safety
•Ensure that all storage and handling activities comply with internal procedures and current regulations.

Maintenance and Store Organization
•Maintain a clean, organized, and functional work environment to optimize operational efficiency and ensure employee safety. • Regularly inspect the condition of storage equipment and report any issues or repair needs.

Supplier Relationship Management
•Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth and optimal supply.
•Negotiate delivery timelines, prices, and purchase terms when necessary.
•Regularly evaluate supplier performance and propose adjustments or alternatives if required.
•Focus on cost reduction: multiple quotes for strategic items are necessary. Tracking of these prices is part of a KPI that will drive decision making.
