• Work schedule: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (12-hour shift);
• Supervise a team of approximately 15 production employees, according to business needs, in the most efficient manner possible;
• Ensure that all operators and production workers perform their duties optimally, in compliance with their training, procedures, regulations, and company policies;
• Know and comply with quality and food safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and company policies;
• Provide break coverage on the assigned production line;
• Ensure the availability of all required materials and resources to meet production objectives;
• Meet production deadlines while ensuring product quality;
• Conduct daily inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety, implement corrective actions when necessary, and follow up;
• Document management and production activities (logs and performance indicators);
• Submit ideas related to continuous improvement processes;
• Welcome and onboard new employees;
• Coordinate and ensure the training of production employees regarding job duties, safety standards, and company policies;
• Evaluate employees based on attendance, work quality, attitude, as well as established standards and objectives;
• Develop individual development plans with employees to improve performance;
• Ensure effective and healthy management of interpersonal and group conflicts;
• Intervene when employee performance is unsatisfactory and apply disciplinary measures when required;
• Serve as a technical resource for employees;
• Lead efficient team meetings;
• Motivate the team by recognizing good work and providing constructive feedback.
