Description

Your main responsibilities:

Open customer accounts and process orders
Ensure order follow-up and optimization
Plan and monitor transportation operations
Contact and coordinate with carriers
Document all actions in the CRM and TMS
Perform any other related tasks in support of the sales department

Requirements:

Bilingual (French/English)
DEP in secretarial studies or equivalent experience
Strong command of office and computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite)
