Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, bilingual, and committed to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries (phone, email, in person)
- Take and process customer orders
- Perform invoicing (English and French)
- Classify and organize invoices and documents
- Provide product information and basic support
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system
- Handle transport and customs documentation
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or office work
- Bilingual (French and English) – required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with computers and office software
- Knowledge of bingo or gaming products (asset)
