Relevant du gestionnaire - Transport médical héliporté du Québec, le préposé au suivi des vols est responsable du soutien des opérations aériennes sécuritaires et efficaces en surveillant toutes les phases des vols de la compagnie, conformément aux procédures établies. Ce rôle constitue un lien de communication essentiel avec le client, assurant la transmission rapide et précise des renseignements tout au long de chaque envolée. Le préposé au suivi des vols gère également les arrangements logistiques pour le personnel du projet, vérifie l’exhaustivité des rapports de vol et prépare les factures afin d’assurer l’exactitude des opérations et le service à la clientèle.

Responsabilités essentielles

• Surveiller la progression du vol du départ à la destination ou au transfert.

• Fournir des mises à jour météorologiques, des informations sur l’état des aéroports, les NOTAMS et transmettre les changements aux METAR/TAF.

• Assurer la conformité aux politiques de l’entreprise, à la réglementation de Transports Canada et aux exigences du client.

• Communiquer avec les clients, les pilotes et la direction par téléphone et par courriel.

• Confirmer les détails du voyage, les exigences du client et fournir des mises à jour sur l’état du vol.

• Coordonner les opérations irrégulières, notamment les modifications de vol, les notifications aux clients, la coordination des équipages et les besoins des FBO.

• Vérifier l'exactitude et l'exhaustivité des rapports de vol.

• Préparer les factures clients pour examen, approbation et envoi.

• Organiser les déplacements, l'hébergement et la logistique du personnel du projet.

• Commander les fournitures administratives, les fournitures pour les installations et les fournitures opérationnelles à la demande du responsable.

Qualifications et expérience

• Les titulaires d’un certificat de régulateur ou régulatrice de vol seront considérés en priorité.

• Une expérience préalable dans le domaine de l'aviation, de la logistique ou dans un domaine opérationnel connexe est un atout.

• Une expérience en coordination, en communication ou en soutien opérationnel est un avantage.

• Souci du détail et capacité à gérer des tâches urgentes dans un environnement dynamique.

• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome avec un minimum de supervision.

• Licence de radiotélégraphiste aérien considérée comme un atout.

• Réussite obligatoire aux tests de dépistage de drogues et d'alcool avant l'embauche.

• Capacité à obtenir et à maintenir une habilitation de sécurité aéroportuaire.

• Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en organisation et en gestion multitâche.

The Flight Follower, reporting to the Manager - Quebec TMH, is responsible for supporting safe and efficient flight operations by monitoring all phases of company flights in accordance with established procedures. This role acts as a key communication link with the client, ensuring timely and accurate information flow throughout each flight. The Flight Follower also manages logistical arrangements for Project staff, reviews Flight Reports for completeness, and prepares invoices to support operational accuracy and client service.

Essential Responsibilities

• Monitor flight progress from departure to destination or handoff.

• Provide weather updates, runway conditions, and relay METAR/TAF changes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, Transport Canada regulations, and client requirements.

• Liaise with clients, pilots, and management through phone and email.

• Confirm trip details, customer requirements, and provide flight status updates.

• Coordinate Irregular Operations including flight changes, client notifications, crew coordination, and FBO requirements.

• Review Flight Reports for accuracy and completeness.

• Prepare client invoices for review, approval, and submission.

• Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for project staff.

• Order administrative, facility, and operational supplies as requested by the Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Holders of a flight regulator certificate will be given priority.

• Previous experience in aviation, logistics, or a related operational field is an asset

• Experience in coordination, communication, or operational support roles is beneficial

• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

• Air Operator Radio License considered an asset

• Must meet pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain airport security clearance

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
