Description

As a Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for owning creative assets throughout the lifecycle of a proposal submission. This includes independently reviewing the requirements, working with the pursuit team to develop graphics and templates, and suggesting enhancements to support Ledcor's win strategy; maintaining and updating these assets as needed; and directly supporting final production of the submission. You find creative ways to achieve the pursuit team's asks while adhering to Ledcor's brand and industry standards and have an advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator. You may also be required to produce custom marketing materials and contribute to the ongoing maintenance of ready-to-use resources.

Your ability to shift between coordination and strategy ensures each pursuit is handled with precision. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing and Proposal Technology, you’ll drive continuous improvement by refining proposal processes, templates, and tools. You’ll help standardize practices across the team to boost efficiency and alignment with industry expectations.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative resources (logos, brand guides, templates, training materials) for Proposal, Business, and Operations teams
  • Design and maintain visual assets for pursuits while ensuring brand consistency
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and brand adherence
  • Produce tailored marketing materials for presentations and events (e.g., slide decks, handouts)
  • Create and maintain digital assets (Teams backgrounds, banners, logos) for business development
  • Ensure all materials align with brand standards, key messages, and quality/timeliness expectations
  • Maintain and update slide libraries and content repositories to keep materials current and accessible
  • Develop and manage boilerplate content, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and broad usability
  • Collaborate with teams, support tools/process improvements, train staff, and oversee marketing deliverables for quality and consistency

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a related role (e.g., marketing, graphic design, proposals, communications, etc.)
  • 1-3 years’ experience in enterprise marketing, communications, or graphic design, ideally within AEC industries
  • Familiarity with construction business units, including major pursuit and proposal processes
  • Experience developing website, brochure, and marketing content
  • Proficiency with digital asset/document tools (e.g., SharePoint, Salesforce, Teams, or similar)
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Word/PPT
  • Strong design sense with attention to branding, layout, and clear messaging
  • Excellent written, verbal, proofreading, and editing skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship management skills, including executive-level communication
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and analytical, with problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
