Ledcor is actively hiring Drillers, Blasters, and Equipment Operators for civil and mining projects across Canada. These are steady, long-term roles with solid crews, reliable work, and clear direction.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment operation duties in accordance with site procedures and safety standards
• Participate in pre-shift safety meetings, hazard assessments, and toolbox talks
• Identify and report hazards; stop work when conditions are unsafe
• Operate equipment and tools safely and responsibly
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew to support safe, coordinated work
• Follow all PPE, environmental, and site safety requirements

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in civil or surface mining work, ideally around drill and blast crews, or the motivation to learn drill and blast operations from the ground up
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
• Ability to work rotations, shifts, and overtime
• Valid driver’s license and driver’s abstract
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on uneven terrain
• Successful completion of pre-access drug and alcohol testing
• Ability to work up to 12 hour rotating day/night shifts in all weather conditions

Work Conditions:

• Travel allowances provided from anywhere in Canada
• Living out allowance or camp available
• Various shifts available

Compensation

$28.10 - $43.27 per hour

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
