Your mission: We're looking for a passionate, proactive individual who will take charge of recruiting and implementing strategies to attract the best talent in our field of expertise. You will play a key role in creating innovative programs to strengthen our employer brand and structure a creative, sustainable and effective approach to recruitment. You will be responsible for building and influencing high-impact recruitment strategies.
This multi-site position requires an active presence in the field, with frequent travel to our branches to support our teams. Ideally, you will live on the South Shore or North Shore of Montreal to facilitate travel.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Recruitment: Coordinate recruitment processes for all levels of the organization, in collaboration with managers.
-Design and implement innovative initiatives and strategies for recruiting talent in our area of expertise;
-Develop talent attraction programs according to branch needs in line with our Employer Brand;
-Create, organize and participate in recruiting events and other events that create visibility (meetings in schools, events related to our field of expertise, etc.);
-Train and support managers in the application of best recruitment practices.
- Compensation: Ensure internal equity in salaries offered and employment conditions;
- Integration: Improve integration and orientation of new employees, and ensure an evaluation meeting after the probationary period;
- Internal communication: Maintain open internal communication within the organization to foster employee loyalty. Communicate regularly with employees and deploy a “good news” strategy using various internal/external media;
- Organizational climate: Ensure employee well-being and act to create a positive and constructive work environment;
-Develop and deploy initiatives to optimize the candidate and employee experience;
- Employee requests: Manage employee requests, respond to various questions or concerns.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU :
- Experience in recruitment, talent management or organizational development;
- Three (3) years' relevant experience;
- University degree in human resources management, industrial relations or other relevant field;
- Excellent command of spoken and written French AND English mandatory (Ontario branches);
- CHRP or CIRC designation (an asset);
- Initiative, creativity and ability to innovate;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You value human interaction and don't hesitate to use the most effective means to get in touch with candidates/managers and branch and corporate directors;
- Autonomy and ability to manage several projects in parallel;
- You are available to travel regularly to visit branches or meet candidates, and to take part in the company's corporate and recruitment events;
- Position based on Montreal's South Shore or North Shore.
