YOU LOVE TO :
- Provide a technical support by phone and by email to our customers for their precision agriculture products
- Support the employees JLD-Laguë for the sale and after-sales support of precision agriculture products;
- In charge of the emergency service (in rotation);
- Manage the inventory for the precision agriculture products
- Manage the work orders and schedules the technicians of the department;
- Sell subscriptions and promote customer support plans;
- Support service departments operations in branch or directly with customers on site;
- Develop and present training to the customers and to the employees of JLD-Laguë;
- Work closely with his supervisor to perform other related duties assigned;.

YOU HAVE IDEALLY :
- Studies in agriculture;
- Knowledge in agriculture and in agricultural mechanics;
- A strong interest in precision agriculture technologies;
- Bilingual (French and English),
- A valid driver's license (Class 5),
- Verbal communication skills, active listening, understanding of the client’s needs, organized (ability to coordinate many requests simultaneously) and a passion for customer service!
