YOU LOVE TO :

  • Open and maintain customer records in Tracx and PFW; 
  • Add all sales related documents to the customer account; 
  • Take care of invoicing for small tractors and other equipment;
  • Make receipts for customers;
  • Collect payments due from customers;
  • Prepare all documents for the sales people;
  • Assist the Branch Manager and the Service Department in the follow-ups for the delivery of new equipment;
  • Prepare ATAC's and temporary registrations;
  • Assist in following up on insurance claims;
  • Provide administrative support for financing and credit applications;
  • Request the preparation of financing contracts by Tracs and assemble them;
  • Send financing files from John Deere Financial to Laval; 
  • Submit credit applications for multi-use accounts; 
  • All other related administrative tasks.

YOU HAVE IDEALLY :

  • High School Diploma;
  • Functional French: an asset in order to serve the French-speaking clientele related to the position;
  • Two years’ experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support position;
  • Good computer knowledge (Excel)
  • Basic accounting notions is an asset;
  • Interpersonal skills and flexibility are sought out personality traits.
