YOU LOVE TO :
- Open and maintain customer records in Tracx and PFW;
- Add all sales related documents to the customer account;
- Take care of invoicing for small tractors and other equipment;
- Make receipts for customers;
- Collect payments due from customers;
- Prepare all documents for the sales people;
- Assist the Branch Manager and the Service Department in the follow-ups for the delivery of new equipment;
- Prepare ATAC's and temporary registrations;
- Assist in following up on insurance claims;
- Provide administrative support for financing and credit applications;
- Request the preparation of financing contracts by Tracs and assemble them;
- Send financing files from John Deere Financial to Laval;
- Submit credit applications for multi-use accounts;
- All other related administrative tasks.

YOU HAVE IDEALLY :
- High School Diploma;
- Functional French: an asset in order to serve the French-speaking clientele related to the position;
- Two years’ experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support position;
- Good computer knowledge (Excel)
- Basic accounting notions is an asset;
- Interpersonal skills and flexibility are sought out personality traits.
