The Role

We are looking for a strong, organized, and reliable Administrative Coordinator to support our team. This person will play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly, while also helping coordinate projects, maintain structure, and ensure policies are followed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
  • Coordinate and follow up on internal tasks and projects
  • Manage schedules, documentation, and communications
  • Write and maintain clear, accurate reports
  • Keep files and records organized and up to date
  • Help ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently
  • Support communication across the organization
  • Act as team lead when required, including supporting staff and ensuring expectations are met
