Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive and Sous Chef in preparing high-quality bento meals
- Cook and assemble hot and cold dishes according to recipes and portion guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Follow food safety standards and hygiene procedures strictly
- Work efficiently during prep and service periods
- Help with inventory checks and receiving deliveries
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
