About Us:
La Boîte Bento Asiatique is a chef-led startup bringing bold, ready-to-go Asian bento meals to Montreal. We craft each box with care, using fresh local ingredients and vibrant Asian flavors. Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive and Sous Chef in preparing high-quality bento meals
  • Cook and assemble hot and cold dishes according to recipes and portion guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
  • Follow food safety standards and hygiene procedures strictly
  • Work efficiently during prep and service periods
  • Help with inventory checks and receiving deliveries
  • Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation

Requested skills

At least 1 year experience in the kitchen

Requirements:
  • Previous kitchen or line cook experience (Asian cuisine an asset, but not required)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and time management
  • Team player attitude and willingness to learn
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
