The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within the organization. This role requires a high level of expertise in project management methodologies and tools, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.


What you will do

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, large-scale projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Plan and manage large-scale information technology development and implementation projects to ensure business objectives and stakeholder needs and expectations are met
  • Work closely with other Tech Leads to ensure the success of the portfolio and the projects
  • Participate in the development of project management standards and methodologies
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Develop risk management plans and strategies to ensure project success.
  • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
  • Participate and/or drive vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders
  • Develop and manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
  • Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations to various audiences, including project teams, sponsors, senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and manage
  • Provide direction and support to project teams. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.

What you bring to the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on risk management, stakeholder management, and large-scale project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel)
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodology
  • Experience with risk management tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of budget management
