KPMG’s National Audit & Assurance Talent Attraction team is looking for a Senior Recruiter to attract and select technology talent supporting Audit Technology growth and innovation. You have experience within the digital and tech industry, demonstrated by your knowledge of the market and business acumen. You’ll partner with the Talent Attraction Lead and hiring managers to align recruitment with business goals and promote an inclusive, high-performing culture. This role involves expertise in talent acquisition, relationship management, and leveraging technology for effective recruitment.
What you will do
- Lead recruitment efforts for Audit technology positions nationwide.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for Audit Technology roles.
- Develop diverse candidate pipelines using industry-leading sourcing methods.
- Adhere to compliance requirements and internal processes.
- Advise leaders and maintain consistent communication throughout searches.
- Provide outstanding, high-touch candidate experiences with urgency.
- Build and maintain networks with prospective talent.
- Coach hiring managers to enhance talent attraction capabilities.
- Integrate AI into workflows to boost quality and efficiency.
What you bring to the role
- Deep knowledge of the digital and tech talent market nationally: expertise in sourcing IT professionals an asset.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment, preferably in high-volume or executive/corporate environments.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience advising executive-level hiring managers.
- Proven sourcing and candidate generation abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple stakeholders and locations.
KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $111,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $111,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
