Ready to take the lead on innovative marketing campaigns at KPMG? As the Marketing Manager, Technology and Transformation, you’ll help craft impactful global campaigns and develop compelling content that highlights KPMG's leadership in technology and transformation while enhancing the brand's profile on a global scale.
What you will do
- Create, manage, and develop global content for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timely delivery, and the development of client-facing marketing materials
- Support day-to-day coordination between internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution, adherence to established timings and budgets, and regular reporting on project status to stakeholders
- Support coordination across global teams, including internal stakeholders and marketing colleagues in Global and Member Firms, to ensure alignment and local adoption of initiatives, and organize regular meetings and updates to discuss ongoing projects and gather feedback
- Build connections across departments and member firms to enhance global marketing programs, promote knowledge sharing, work collaboratively with senior leadership to implement global programs, and engage with country-based marketing professionals to tailor successful initiatives for wider adoption
- Track campaign metrics and performance against KPIs, contributing to regular reporting on campaign outcomes and stakeholder updates, and use data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement
- Promote innovative and creative ideas that enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, leveraging AI responsibly, facilitating brainstorming sessions, participating in workshops, and sharing best practices within the organization
What you bring to the role
- Proven knowledge and skills in marketing, communications, or business practices, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry trends and strategies backed by 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in marketing project management and execution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to get buy-in and support for projects from diverse and often widespread stakeholders
- A ‘can do’ attitude and an exceptional degree of personal initiative with an ability to manage multiple priorities in tight timelines
