Our People & Change Advisory practice are seeking are seeking a Manager to strengthen our Management Consulting practice in the Calgary office. We are looking for a motivated professional like you to join our dynamic team. If you have a background in change management or with transformational projects, this may be the opportunity for you!
What you will do
- Executing and providing expertise to support large organizational transformation, including contributing to workforce transformation initiatives, organizational redesign initiatives and/or organizational change management programs
- Supporting client pursuits and proposal development with support from Senior Leadership, and working with KPMG leaders to develop thought leadership, white papers and other intellectual assets.
- Growing your reputation as a trusted advisor and as a champion within your area of personal expertise.
- Serving as a liaison between clients and upper management and work across various stakeholder groups to facilitate all phases of projects from inception to close.
- Growing your coaching and feedback skills through providing day-to-day guidance and mentoring to your team and supporting our Open Feedback culture.
- Supporting timely engagement management and ensuring on-time, at-budget high quality delivery of client deliverables.
What you bring to the role
- Leadership experience in areas including behavioural change management, organization design, and organization development with experience working within a management consulting capacity
- Experience managing complex projects with excellent knowledge of Organization Design, Human Resource practices, and performance measurement practices
- Strong experience working through process design projects including in-depth and advanced skills in facilitation and change management.
- Proven project management success with strong track record on-time, on-budget and to-specification delivery of projects and experience with sponsor and risk management.
- Experience working in a client facing role with strong relationship management skills and business development capability.
- The desire to seek opportunities to maximize efficiency through the use of Generative AI tools.
- The will and ability to travel (locally, nationally, or internationally) to support client delivery.
