Our Enterprise Solutions Oracle team is looking for a professional like you with the skills and drive to make a real difference.

Building on the success of our practice, we are seeking talented and energetic candidates to join our Advisory team as a Manager working in our Management Consulting, Enterprise Solutions, Oracle practice.


What you will do

  • As a Manager in our Oracle practice, you’ll be learning from some of the best in the industry and growing your personal skillset by:

    • Managing the delivery of various projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of quality work that meets client requirements and expectations.
    • Conduct a thorough review of client deliverables (i.e. all documentation) to ensure they are presented in accordance with our client’s quality standards.
    • Develop and maintain standard project documentation including; project plans, agendas, lists of tasks, deliverables and ensure adherence to company Project Management Standards and Software Development best practices.
    • Managing resources effectively, including onshore and offshore by coordinating across teams to ensure adequate staffing levels and skillsets to meet project needs.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
    • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring that projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
    • Proactively work with project team to create and maintain the Risk Register, Issues Log, Actions and Decisions
    • Generate regular reports for senior management and clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
    • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and impacted parties are appropriately engaged.
    • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with client stakeholders, work closely in a collaborative team environment, and lead teams and project deliverables.
    • Experience working in a client facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders.


What you bring to the role

  • Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials.
  • Post graduate degree and/or a professional designation is a strong asset.
  • PMI certification is considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager, functional lead or technical lead for projects to implement, upgrade and support Oracle ERP or other ERP solutions. Cloud computing experience is a strong asset.
  • Experience in different roles at different stages of HCM product implementation projects is a strong asset.
  • Proven experience using project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Clarizen, etc.
  • Good team player able to manage conflict in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Solid organizational skills, good respect for others and ability to adapt to change.
  • Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills (English and French (preferably)).
  • Support business readiness and change management activities prior to going live.
