As our Bilingual Collection Associate (French/English), you will perform a variety of collection and credit tasks related to our branch operations including initial contact with customer, request action/follow-up appropriately, and record disputes. Disputes are facilitated by you as you coordinate with the appropriate parties.

You will bring 5+ years of relevant B2B collections/credit expertise and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your associates’ degree in a related field or an additional 10+ years of experience. Proficiency in SAP/Excel/GAP is required to be successful in this role. The holder of this position must speak fluent French and English in order to serve KONE'S Francophone and Anglophone clients in this market.
