The mission we are proposing:

Under the careful supervision of our Supervisors, you will be responsible for coordinating the employees on your production line. Your role? To ensure the quality of work and product on your production line, as well as the smooth operation of the equipment.

An overview of your new position

    • Report staffing needs to the Team Leader and communicate absences and delays to remedy the situation.
    • Operate equipment on the packaging line and make minor mechanical adjustments when required.
    • Work as a team with the Team Leader to plan staff breaks.
    • Use and explain production documents to employees when necessary.
    • Be responsible for the quality of production documents
    • Be involved in training day laborers on your line.
    • Promote team spirit, collaboration, respect and company values.

You are the ideal candidate if you have

    • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
    • Good reading, writing and numeracy skills.
    • Team spirit, leadership and willingness to learn.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Capacity to execute many task at once.
