The mission we are proposing:

Under the careful supervision of our supervisors, you will be at the heart of our production team. What is your role? Ensure the packaging, packaging, and labeling of our products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

An overview of your new position

  • Ensure the smooth running of production lines, working as a team and respecting job rotation.
  • Operate and monitor machines for packaging and packaging.
  • Organize finished products on pallets and participate in general handling tasks.
  • Assist with equipment washes, product changes, and preventative maintenance.
  • Keep your workspace clean and tidy.
  • Inform the Line Manager of any discrepancies or problems encountered.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Good reading, writing and numeracy skills.
  • Manual dexterity and physical fitness.
  • Team spirit, initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and attention to a job well done.
  • 16 years of age or older.
  • No holidays during the summer.

What we have to offer you:

  • Salary: $19.19 per hour + shift premiums.
  • Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.).
  • Working days: 7 days worked over two weeks (1 weekend out of two).
  • Bonus: Shift bonus, group insurance after 6 months, group RRSP after 3 months, and bonus program based on goals achieved.
