Job Description

Under the supervision of the Director of Technical Services, the Assistant Director is responsible for implementing the company’s mission, managing operations, human and financial resources. He is also responsible for supporting the team in carrying out projects by ensuring the development of competent and professional teams. This position represents the springboard to access management of the technical services department within the water treatment center of excellence.

Requirements

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in chemical or biotechnology engineering or the equivalent;
  • Be a member of the OIQ (Order of Engineers of Quebec);
  • Specialization in water treatment;
  • Have more than 10 years of experience and significant management experience;
  • Have experience in the mining or industrial sectors;
  • Bilingualism.
