You will be responsible for the complete management of store operations, ensuring an efficient work environment and exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the management team to achieve sales, customer service and profitability goals.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the branch (sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting and inventory) according to established policies and procedures.
  • Work in collaboration with the store team, sales representatives as well as the regional management team to supervise all activities related to your branch, ensuring that decision-making aligns with the company’s strategic plan and contribute to its profitability and the achievement of commercial objectives.
  • Supervise, motivate and lead a team of more than 10 people and ensure effective management of the group through mobilization, continuing training and development of staff skills and performance.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand by coordinating receiving, warehousing and replenishment activities.
  • Develop and monitor the store budget, ensuring cost optimization and achievement of financial objectives.
  • Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions if necessary.
  • Identify new business opportunities while being a brand ambassador and improving the customer experience.
  • Ensure employees follow health and safety policies, procedures and regulations.

Requested skills

Skills and Qualifications Required to Succeed in this Role:

  • BAC or DEC completed.
  • 5-7 years of experience in commerce, sales or branch operations.
  • 3 years in personnel and budget management in the automotive parts, accessories or equipment or related sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail and wholesale operations including inventory management and budgets.
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good judgment and decision-making ability.
