What You Will Do
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to drive the execution of quality goals and objectives. This role will involve collaborating cross-functionally to identify and resolve issues proactively, ensuring compliance with quality management systems and enhancing our overall quality delivery to customers.
- Support cross-functional teams by analyzing non-conformance reports (NCRs) to determine root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Engage with teams across departments such as engineering, manufacturing, and production administration to streamline processes and remove obstacles, ensuring optimal customer-focused outcomes.
- Track and analyze non-conformance trends, compiling data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability and integrity by consistently meeting and exceeding internal and external customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and inspection records.
- Collaborate with team members to promote trust and diverse perspectives, enabling innovative problem-solving and team success.
- Participate in and facilitate internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred:
- Experience with ISO 9001 standards and compliance.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma
