About the Opportunity

JMA Marketing Inc. is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. In this role, you will represent leading telecommunications services, engage directly with customers, and help expand our client base through professional brand representation and exceptional customer interaction. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and developing sales and communication skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.


Responsibilities:

As a Brand Ambassador, you will:

  • Represent telecommunications brands professionally in the field

  • Engage with potential customers and present service offers

  • Provide accurate product information and answer customer questions

  • Generate new customer acquisitions

  • Maintain a positive brand image at all times

  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales team

- Must be 18 years of age
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging with customer face-to-face
- Positive attitude with a professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Ability to represent the brand in a professional and positive manner
- Basic customer service or sales experience is an asset (not required)
- Must be able to follow training guidelines and company procedures
- Fluent - advance in Engllish
