Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support and Training:
- Lead and give existing training and technical support programs.
- Collaborate with sales teams, distributors and customers, to communicate the benefits of our solutions.
- Provide clear, practical technical training on field issues and enhance the benefits of our solutions to solve them.
- Work closely with sales teams to share insights and drive technical excellence.
- Represent Jefo at trade shows, conferences, and business development events, promoting our user-friendly solutions.
- Oversee and establish protocols for field trials, ensuring rigorous testing and validation of products.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Develop engaging technical materials, including presentations, reports, and scientific papers, showcasing Jefo’s expertise.
