Position Summary
Revelstoke Health Centre is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Early Childhood Development team in beautiful Revelstoke, B.C. This is a permanent part-time (0.80 FTE) opportunity- ideal for professionals seeking work-life balance in a stunning mountain town with a strong sense of community.
About the Role
As an Early Childhood Development Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with children from birth to school entry and their families, supporting a diverse population from a variety of cultural backgrounds. Your role will include screening, assessment, intervention, coaching, and education in all areas of speech, language, and communication development. You’ll collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to support early communication skills and participate in family-centred, culturally responsive care. This position also involves regular collaboration with professionals from the Ministry of Children & Family Development (MCFD), the Ministry of Education, and local community organizations, allowing for a truly team-based approach to early intervention.
Days of work are Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 16:30.

Qualfications
Full practicing registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC). One year’s recent, related experience in working with clients in Early Childhood Development setting and/or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Valid BC Driver’s license is required.
