Position Summary
East Kootenay Regional Hospital (EKRH), located in Cranbrook, B.C., has an immediate relief, fulltime Rehabilitation Assistant opening. This position will provide coverage until July 2025, or return of incumbent.

Rehabilitation Assistants play a crucial part in carrying out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs and assisting therapists in monitoring and evaluating patients/residents’ progression. Operating within a client-centered approach and as an essential member of the rehabilitation team, you make a substantial contribution to the impact on progression of patient/resident needs and their rehabilitation journey.

Within this role, a Rehabilitation Assistant:

Qualfications
• Completion of a recognized Rehabilitation Assistant Program, or an internationally educated therapist who has the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
