                                Position Summary
We are hiring for a Rehabilitation Assistant in Vernon B.C. This position works on a casual, as needed basis. Shifts may be at Noric House, or another Interior Health long-term care facility in Vernon. Shift times are 08:00 to 16:00.

About the position:
Under the clinical direction of a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist, the Rehabilitation Assistant functions as a member of the multidisciplinary team in meeting the needs of the client. The Rehabilitation Assistant carries out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs and assists the therapist in monitoring and evaluating patients/residents’ progression.

Qualfications
Completion of a recognized Rehabilitation Assistant Program or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Valid Class 5 Vehicle License if applicable.
