Position Summary
We are hiring for a relief part-time 0.51fte (temporary) Registered Physiotherapist at the Penticton Urgent & Primary Care Centre (UPCC) in Penticton, B.C. This position is expected to run until June 21, 2026, or the return of the current incumbent. This position works rotating shifts from 16:00-20:30 and 11:30-18:30.

About the position:
The Physiotherapist functions both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, delivering comprehensive physiotherapy services. These include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program development, consultation, equipment prescription, and education for clients and/or their caregivers to support functional independence and optimize health outcomes.
In addition to clinical responsibilities, the Physiotherapist contributes to departmental and professional goals by participating in quality assurance initiatives, meetings, research, and educational activities. They also provide guidance and direction to the rehabilitation assistant working within the team.

Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professions of British Columbia (CHCPBC).
