Position Summary
Cranbrook Urgent and Primary Care Centre is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our collaborative inter-professional team. This is a permanent, part-time (0.80 FTE) position with regular weekday hours, offering the stability of a unionized environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community.

About the Role
Primary Care Centres and Urgent and Primary Care Centres (UPCCs) are community-based networks where healthcare professionals work together to deliver coordinated, patient-centered services. UPCCs provide same-day, non-emergency care for people needing urgent attention, as well as ongoing primary care for individuals who may not have a regular provider. They form a vital part of the region’s Primary Care Network (PCN), ensuring that patients receive the right care, by the right provider, at the right time-close to home.
In this role, the Physiotherapist works as part of an inter-professional care team, collaborating with primary care network physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and allied health colleagues.
Responsibilities include:
• Conducting comprehensive client assessments and care planning
• Providing individual and group therapy sessions
• Supporting clients in ongoing self-management and monitoring
• Working with clients of all ages, including adults, seniors, and pediatric populations
• Supporting individuals with complex and chronic conditions
• Outreach work to local clinics
