Position Summary
Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital, located in Trail, B.C., has an immediate relief, full time Physiotherapist opening available in the beautiful Kootenay Boundary region!

Effective April 2024 hourly rates of pay $42.56 to $52.95. Recognition of previous experience in determining starting salary.

This position works in the Acute Care areas of the hospital. Days of work are Mondays to Fridays and includes share with weekend work. Acute Care areas include medical, emergency, ICU, surgical floor and maternity/pediatrics. During the weekends, the Physiotherapist attends to patient priorities or assists with discharge plans. Physiotherapists help in providing treatment programs which allow clients to be safe and improve their quality of life. In this position, the Physiotherapist is a resource for other members of the health care team. Participation in approved physiotherapy/interdisciplinary research and special projects is encouraged in collaboration with designated personnel/team and other health care professionals.

This position is eligible for the B.C. Student Loan Forgiveness Program.

Qualfications
• Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC).
• Valid Driver’s License as required.
