Your Role as a Pharmacy Technician:
As a registered Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and accurate processing of medication orders. You'll work closely with pharmacists, receiving and verifying prescriptions from practitioners to guarantee their completeness and authenticity. Your duties will include preparing, processing, and compounding prescriptions, while also ensuring the accuracy and completeness of dispensed medications. From processing prescriptions for inpatient leaves of absence to managing transfers between pharmacies, you'll be at the heart of our pharmacy operations.

Casual Employment Opportunities:
Our casual positions offer flexibility with work hours ranging from zero to 37.5 hours per week, including day and evening shifts. Qualfications
• Grade 12 and graduation from an accredited Pharmacy Technician program or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

• Current practicing registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
