Position Summary
Community Health Service Centre has an exciting opportunity for a relief full time Administrative Support clerk to join their team! This position works Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.
This relief position supports Developmental Disability Mental Health Services and the Children’s Assessment Network.

Your Role:
As an Administrative Support Clerk, you provide essential reception and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the team. Working within Interior Health’s policies and procedures, you perform a variety of duties including data entry and records management, client scheduling, preparing correspondence and reports, and responding to inquiries. You are often the first point of contact, delivering professional and courteous service to clients, staff, and the public, while supporting meetings, maintaining organized systems, and handling confidential information with discretion.
What should your application include?
• A 5-minute typing test (40+ nwpm) from a recognized institution, completed within the past 24 months (non-supervised tests not accepted). Click here for testing details;
• An office administration certificate from a recognized institution;
• Your Resume outlining one year of recent related experience, Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
• A Cover Letter stating your availability to start in a new position and on-call, casual work (i.e. days of the week).
