Position Summary
Community Health and Services Centre in Kelowna has an exciting opportunity for a relief full time Administrative Support Clerk to join their team! This position supports the Developmental Disability Mental Health and Interior Health Children’s Assessment Network Clinic. This position works Monday to Friday day shifts from 08:00 to 16:00 until return of incumbent April 5, 2027.

What Will You Work On?
As an Administrative Support Clerk, you play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while serving as a welcoming first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors. In this position, you provide a variety of administrative and reception support, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence and reports, maintaining data and records, and responding to inquiries.
With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you help ensure information flows efficiently and administrative processes support the delivery of quality services to the community.

• A 5-minute typing test (40+ nwpm) from a recognized institution, completed within the past 24 months (non-supervised tests not accepted). Click here for testing details;
• An office administration certificate from a recognized institution;
• Your Resume outlining one year of recent related experience, Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
• A Cover Letter stating your availability to start in a new position and on-call, casual work (i.e. days of the week).
