Your day-to-day
You’ll provide ongoing support to Management and coordinate the administrative and logistical activities that keep our operations running smoothly-both in the office and virtually.On a daily basis, your colleagues will turn to you to help resolve unexpected issues, manage logistics, and ensure everything runs efficiently. From welcoming our partners to handling administrative tasks, organizing events, and supporting the Management team, you’ll be involved in every aspect that keeps our organization functioning seamlessly.

Collaborate in organizing corporate events (general assemblies, staff meetings, trainings, conference calls, etc.) with internal teams and First Nations organizations.

Make sure that field equipment and event materials are available, in good condition, and functional by maintaining inventories, placing orders, and/or submitting repair requests.
Do you have what it takes?

Knowledge of an Indigenous language (major asset)
